Kongo has fought in the UFC since 2006, and has done well, but has remained the gate keeper of the Heavy Weight Division the whole way through!!
Is it time for him to retire or is he looking for a difference in competition?
At this point, i could see Kongo dominating Bellator because of their lack in Division depth, but at the same time it wouldnt be a huge surprise to see him retire, hes been in the game a long time, and he is 37 years old.
He could close out his career with a possible Bellator title or maybe his plans are still on his mind and havent been released for his mouth yet, so we wont know 'til then.....lol
Farewell to Cheick Kongo in the UFC, we hope what ever he does it brings fulfillment and great fortune!!
