It appears that you can go home again, as reports say former UFC heavyweight champion and ex-WWE superstar Brock Lesnar has signed a new deal with the wrestling promotion.
In a report by the Wrestling Observer, it states that Lesnar has signed a one-year deal with the WWE, and is currently in Miami – the home of Wrestlemania 28 on Sunday.
Lesnar entered the WWE and had a quick rise to fame, claiming the championship and becoming one of the most recognizable fighters due to his larger-than-life body. However, Lesnar eventually left and tried his hand at the NFL before venturing into the world of MMA.
UFC president Dana White told MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani that Lesnar was free of any restraints by the UFC and could sign with the WWE if he wanted to. The report added that Lesnar would not be a constant on tour for the sports entertainment promotion, but would make several appearances over the year.
