The latest UFC on Fox show has added a heavyweight bout pitting heavy hitter Joey Beltran against former Strikeforce fighter Lavar Johnson.
UFC officials made the announcement via Twitter on Tuesday.
Lavar Johnson appears to be the latest heavyweight to migrate over to the UFC from Strikeforce, now that the promotion has decided to eliminate the division in 2012.
Johnson moves to the UFC in desperate need of a win after dropping his last two bouts in Strikeforce to Shane Del Rosario and Shawn Jordan.
In equal dire straights will be Joey Beltran, who fights at the UFC on Fox show after going just 1-3 in his last four bouts.
Beltran most recently fell to debuting UFC prospect Stipe Miocic at UFC 136 in Houston.
