Is UFC 142 enough to get that excited about?

I like the card, but with the two biggest fights being Belfort vs Johnson, and Mendez vs 'The Champ' Aldo, how can we get that excited about it, when it comes to a 54.99 price tag in HD??? There are some other good fights on here, dont get me wrong, but this card is lacking in my opinion. Aldo is amazing, and Mendez is as well, Vitor is coming off a rough fight and Johnson is really, in a sense, unknown to the newbie, as far as big Cards go!!
Does this card have what it takes to have to pay the HD price of 49.99 or 54.99? You tell me!!
The return of Gabriel Gonzaga is kickass IMO! along with a Sam Stout vs Thiago Tavarez match, and  Palhares vs Massenzio....Maybe it is....some may scream about Maldonado vs Magelhaes(which is rumored to be off the card).....or an Erick Silva fight....who knows?.....you tell me! Not complaining here, im a fight fan as well, or i wouldnt be typing, but 54.99 worth? like i said, you tell me.....
